Most of the times, specific details from the symposium are included in their message (via phone or email).

Any official communication will be sent directly via the symposium secretariat (secretariat@ldorganisation.com) or by one of our team members through an @ldorganisation.com email address.

No emails are sent via Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail, or other accounts. If you receive such requests, please disregard and do not engage with the sender.

Accommodation requests are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to the number of places available in the hotels.
