DESCRIPTION:The Virtual Conference on Chemistry and its Applications (VCCA-2025)\nBasic sciences are the pillars for our capacity to understand and innovate. SUMMARY:86th Prague Meeting on Macromolecules – Fast Ionic Transport Systems
DESCRIPTION:The goal of the “Fast Ionic Transport Systems 2025”\, which will be held at the premises of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry\, Czech Academy of Sciences\, in Prague\, Czech Republic\, between August 24 and 28\, 2025\, is to highlight the most recent developments in materials for ionic as well as mixed ionic-electronic conductive systems from fundamental understanding to possibilities of modern applications. Special attention will be paid to polymeric systems. Also\, attention will be focused on solutions to energy conservation and storage\, safety of materials and planet sustention via advanced materials design. \nThe conference continues the long and successful series of “Prague Meeting on Macromolecules (PMM)” organized by this Institute since 1967 as the 86th edition and is combined with the 16th edition of the “International Symposium on Systems with Fast Ionic Transport (ISSFIT)”. SUMMARY:39th International Conference on Solution Chemistry
DESCRIPTION:The International Conferences on Solution Chemistry (ICSC) have always brought together scientists from all over the world (professors\, researchers and doctoral students) to discuss up-to-date results related to physicochemical processes in solution chemistry from Fundamentals to Industry Applications. Previous ICSC was organized in Europe\, USA\, Australia\, Japan and China\, etc. However\, participation of chemists from emerging countries has generally been modest due to the relatively high costs of registration\, accommodation and transport. \nThe 39th ICSC-2025 will be held for the first time in Africa under the leadership of the ISC Steering Committee\, this (in addition to the low participation costs)\, will encourage African and Middle Eastern young chemists to participate.\nIndeed\, the Chemical Society of Tunisia (TCS)\, which is the main co-organizer\, maintains strong cooperation links with Arab chemical societies (in particular North African)\, and with The Federation of African Societies of Chemistry (FASC). SUMMARY:10th EuChemS Chemistry Congress (ECC10)
DESCRIPTION:The EuChemS Chemistry Congresses are the pinnacle chemistry congresses in Europe. It unites the chemical community (from young scientists to leading experts) and fosters interdisciplinary interactions among them. The congress is a truly inspiring and instructive and inclusive experience for young researchers (like PhD students) as it includes a full parallel program by the European Young Chemists’ Network\, focusing on topics like the development of soft skills\, career development\, grant writing\, while also including the European Young Chemists’ Awards. \nECC10 – the 10th EuChemS Chemistry Congress is the biennial congress of the European Chemical Society. It aims to showcase cutting-edge research in all domains of chemistry\, foster interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration\, and support young scientists. The 2026 edition in Antwerp focuses on eight thematic areas\, including sustainability\, AI in chemistry\, and societal impact—topics of high relevance today. The scientific program is designed to be inclusive\, forward-looking\, and impactful\, with contributions from leading experts. DESCRIPTION:ICCECRICE 2026 – Chemistry Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence \n28th International Conference on Chemistry Education (ICCE) jointly with 17th European Conference on Research in Chemical Education (ECRICE) \nChemistry education is a field concerned with teaching and learning of chemistry. The content of Chemistry education research (CER) ranges from understanding the history and philosophy of chemistry\, which guides on us how chemistry knowledge was developed\, to the application of emerging technologies and tools for more effective teaching and learning of chemistry. CER has grown as a field substantially over the past 60 years but is still a relatively young subdiscipline of chemistry. Although substantial progress has been made in identifying evidence-based strategies to support the teaching and learning of chemistry\, we have yet to realize widespread systemic change regarding how chemistry is taught at the secondary school and tertiary levels. Connecting chemistry educators at the secondary education level with chemistry education researchers in academia has never been more vitally needed\, and yet these groups are still frustratingly divided. \nConferences\, congresses and symposiums in CER serve as a medium to bring together practitioners and researchers to exchange ideas and recent developments. ICCE is one of the leading biannual conferences in CER initiated back in 1969 by IUPAC and ECRICE is the European equivalent run by the Division of Chemical Education of EuChemS. Turkish Chemical Society (TCS) organized the 18th ICCE in 2004 and also the 9th ECRICE in 2008.
