On November 4th, 2024, a public event dedicated to the first IUPAC Periodic Table of Elements in Italian was held at CNR (National Research Council of Italy) in Rome. It was the result of an intensive international activity and of a collaborative IUPAC project. This activity is an example of the coordinated outreach initiative held in Italy to increase the value of scientific and research messages and in the same time upgrade initiatives for a policy for research in chemical sciences.
